Pouvoir aider, celles et ceux qui en ont besoin, \u00e0 traverser les moments de vie qui d\u00e9stabilisent.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Je me suis d&rsquo;abord form\u00e9e en tant que coach en accompagnement du changement individuel et collectif pour ensuite me sp\u00e9cialiser dans la th\u00e9rapie br\u00e8ve int\u00e9grative au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole de psychoth\u00e9rapie et de psychanalyse Aide Psy Formation \u00e0 Lyon.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Ce choix d&rsquo;\u00e9cole et d&rsquo;outils th\u00e9rapeutiques a \u00e9t\u00e9 motiv\u00e9 par \u00a0\u00bb Comment aller mieux, plus que s\u00fbr, pourquoi aller mal \u00ab\u00a0. C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;offre l&rsquo;approche TBSI (th\u00e9rapie br\u00e8ve self-inductive).<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Et parce qu&rsquo;aucune souffrance ne nous est \u00e9trang\u00e8re, la posture qui
